YVF Global Trade is an international trading company that sells a wide range of products on major e-commerce platforms.

We are currently looking for our first team member in Indonesia to help us successfully launch and grow the business in the local market. We’re ready to invest in high-quality work and offer competitive pay to skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Tokopedia, Shopee, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage customer support via marketplace chats — answer questions and resolve issues.

• Create and update product listings with accurate information, and upload new products.

• Monitor sales and inventory, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Analyze the competitive landscape and e-commerce trends.

• Assist in sourcing and connecting with potential partners and contractors.

• Provide administrative support to the manager, help organize meetings, negotiations, and occasional personal tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience working with marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, or similar platforms) is a must.

• Strong English skills for communication with our international team and partners.

• Ability to work independently and show initiative.

• Confident PC skills, including Excel and other tools.

• Personal laptop or computer to perform work duties.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
